What software do you have installed on your website?
I am using a template from te same system, a template from the site builder of x10hosting.com
When you send a form, do you fill out all of the fields? And are the fields filled out in the form settings?
It could also be an issue with where the email domain is. Even if you registered a .com domain name, the email address may still be located at a x10hosting domain
