Help to resolve high CPU usage?

Hello,
Over the past few days I've experienced about 3-4 automatic suspensions because of high CPU usage. Please provide details on what exactly is causing this, like which file, process or plugin (since I use wordpress 3.0).

It would also be great if you provided tips of how I could reduce CPU usage.

P.S. I have quite a few plugins for wordpress, but would like to know which one, if it is one, is doing the most harm. (Like a bad PHP script)

Remove WP Super Cache. I notice this in your footer.

Caching plugins use too much CPU for free hosting to generate the static files.
