Help to retrieve files in cPanel due to account suspension

Dear Support,

We are receiving error messages when attempting to access our page. This is very disheartening as we have very valuable files stored in the server and have been doing our web development works there, however now all our files are inaccessible.

We are in the midst of testing X10 Hosting's great features and capabilities but this had to occur and disable our access.

Kindly assist.

if developing a site you shoud have a local site copy of it in your computer before to get it live. And if it critical or important you shoud have a backup of your production/live site at least a day. Better read this https://x10hosting.com/legal/terms-of-service number 5 to 7 (system backup, inactivity and suspension). and remember this is a free hosting site like any other "free" is not suitable for development and deployment and forgot to backup unless you really know the risk.
