thanx for replying back, when i try to open the cpanel url its saying page not found..but if i open the primary domain link its working ..i am able to view the default index page

Can you try now. I had to restart the http for the server you are on.

its still the same unable to logon cpanel http://freestuff.x10hosting.com:2082...page cannot be displayed, kindly check from your end is the above site opening

i am able to access the web the webdisk
through this url http://freestuff.x10hosting.com:2077 unfortunately cant upload any thing

Check your firewall settings. Make sure it's not disabling port 2082 (it's the port cPanel uses). You need to have that port enabled.
