Click to confirm your email address.
Then go to your Yahoo inbox and check for an email from x10hosting with a confirmation code/link. Remember to check your Spam/Junk folder.

Scroll down to software/services and click on Fantastico. From there, you can install many popular forum software quickly (listed as Discussion Boards).
Create your databases in Databases --> MySQL Database Wizard.
You can also download forum software manually from sites like http://www.phpbb.com or http://www.simplemachines.org.

Choose a name for your database.
Choose a username and password for the database.
On the next screen, click All Privileges and continue.
Go to Fantastico.
Select either SMF or phpBB under Discussion Boards (unless you want something else).
Click New Installation.
Enter the information you created with MySQL Database Wizard earlier on the form. Use 'localhost' as the MySQL Host.
Click Install and you're done. useful links to your forum and administration center are provided here. (should be /adm or /admin)

Please note that chat boxes are against the x10 TOS because they take up a lot of resources and you will likely be suspended for high resource consumption.
