HELP! - What do I do to my CloudFlare account when I change my web hosting provider?

"If you change your hosting provider, you need to update the IP address that your root domain points to on your CloudFlare DNS Settings Page. Your new hosting provider will provide the new IP address that your root domain should point it. You do not need to delete and re-setup your CloudFlare account."

This is what cloudflare said. I need x10's IP to point my domain. Also, please give me instructions on how to do it.

The cPanel control panel will tell you which IP your site is on.
