I just signed up for this account, but what now. It gives me no steps to take next. I have a web page ready to publish to the host, but I have no idea how to do it. Can someone give me a step by step what i do now. Thanks.

Did you confirmed the email?
After confirm your e-mail only need to wait until your account be created, usually takes betwen 24-36 hrs

Seeing as your e-mail has been confirmed your account should be fully created within 12 hours, during times of high load it can take up to 36 hours.

When it is fully created you should receive an e-mail telling you the account is created and also provide a bit of useful information about how to reach various parts of your account.
