HELP: When Is The Boru MySQL Going To Be Fixed

Hi, the MySQL database on my website [on Boru] is still giving off the error:

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'aero1_dw'@'10.33.248.76' (using password: YES) in /home/aero1/public_html/download/dbc.php on line 15
Couldn't make connection!

Admins can probably guess the cPanel username from the path. I was told just after the great server migration that ill just have to wait but now its been too long, i need some help. When i click on MySQL databases in cPanel it says :


There are no databases associated with your account.

There are no users associated with your account.

then, when i go to phpMyAdmin the only database is information_schema. it is connecting to the right MySQL server but my databases are not there:
MySQL

• Server: Localhost via UNIX socket
• Server version: 5.0.87-50
• Protocol version: 10
• User: aero1@int.boru.x10hosting.com
• MySQL charset: UTF-8 Unicode (utf8)

Web server

• cpaneld
• MySQL client version: 5.0.91
• PHP extension: mysql

Hello?

If he can use PHPMyAdmin, his remote hosts list is probably not a problem.

If you read his post, he is saying that his databases are missing.

His databases are missing.

You can't connect to a database that isn't there.

Apparently you guys lost his databases during the migration.

To help him, you should find his databases in your backups and restore them.

Yeah, i think what dlukin is saying is right, ill try what you (DeadBattery) is saying now

err. Wait The Boru Actuall server is different to the boru mysql server, it cant work but ill still try it.

I wasn't guaranteeing that the IP address would work, it is just another thing to be added to the list.
You will have to wait for an account manager to restore your database from the backups.

Please note that they fix the oldest request first. Every time you bump your request, you put it back to the end of the line.
