help with add on domain

ive used cpanel before and set up accounts before but for some reason i cant do it this time. i tried going to the add on domain function and it was taking a long time to load but it eventually worked... or so i thought. i have virtual ftp access and i have the folder but i just cant point the domain to that folder. i got this error message:

The subdomain, securestealth.sslabs.x10hosting.com has been added.

securestealth.com is already configured.


Removed Entry from httpd.conf The subdomain, securestealth.sslabs.x10hosting.com has been removed.

securestealth.com could not be setup. The subdomain securestealth.sslabs.x10hosting.com was not setup either.

what should i do?

will someone please help me? i tried deleting the folder and removing the ftp account. but nothing seems to be working it still says that "securestealth.com is already configured" and i cant figure out why its removing the subdomain.

no ive never tried to use that domain on any of the x10 servers. i can see what your gettin at but im trying to undo everything ive done and start over (such as deleting the folder it created and removing the FTP account) but its not working.

o i just noticed something.... if i go to www.securestealth.com (my domain name) it displays "coming soon " and i didnt write that... so i think thats why it thinks its already set up... so does anyone know what i can do to fix this?

yes i want securestealth.com to replace sslabs.x10hosting.com if thats what you mean. right now i have my website set up at sslabs.x10hosting.com/securestealth so i could just point my domain name to that folder thatd be great.

Yeah, all we do is change the root domain. So it gets rid of your subdomain. Where did you buy it from?

i bought it from yahoo. i probably would use the masked forwarding thing but with yahoo they put an add at the bottom. just tell me what i need to do to make this all work.
