Em How Exactly Do I access Apache To insert my php files do i have to use the webdisk if so which exact area Ty

You can ftp the files to your site or used webdisk, or upload them via the file manager in cpanel.

You will be able to access your site at http://mapleloop.x10hosting.com/
The IP is shared on the server.

You want the files in the public_html folder.

You need to create a MySQL database in your cPanel and set your PHP scripts to use the database.

I think you should read up on some PHP\MySQL tutorials
