Help with CGI email!

Awhile back, I accidentally tampered with the code of my cgiemail file in /cgi-bin/cgiemail. Now it won't work. Any way I can restore the file, or get a new file?

I have attached a unmodified copy of it.
When you upload it, remove the .txt extension.
