I signed up and have yet to login sucessfully into cPanel.

I think there's a problem with your account. I'll move this to Level 2 Support. You seem to be get the 'Apache is working' error.

I sent you by PM a new password for your hosting account. You should be able to login to cPanel now.
Tell us if all is working fine now.
