Help with DNS server or IP adress

Hi there,

i'm new to X10, :biggrin: signed up, and i know Cpanel, however is there a way that i can use my domain, already registered untill 2012:rant2: on Sitelutions?

I've added it on Cpanel to the parked domains, but need to have the DNS server details. :nuts:

Also can you tell me how i can reset or retrieve my admin password off my Cpanel,:dunno: this is not the X10 panel, but a panel hosted on a paid server, that i must maintain for a IT shop, i cannot login, password somehow changed, an hosting company just supply server, no support.:lockd: Always read the fine print before signing or paying anything....:bash:

here is another problem that somehow manged to jump out:bsflag:

I've used the wizzard in Cpanel, added one email adress, take not, with the parked domain as email domain, which was accepted. When trying to login to webmail, via cpanel mail, i get a blank screen, use the Horde option, and i get the following page error:

A fatal error has occurred
Could not connect to database for SQL SessionHandler.
Details have been logged for the administrator.


Also when trying to download mail via MS Outlook, or Outlook Express, or Windows Mail i get the following error:

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'mail.morenathuso.com', Server: 'mail.morenathuso.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

Ok, the nameservers for x10 are : ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com (point your DNS at them).

The mail issue is more than likely cause you are using the domain that isn't pointed at x10. After doing the above it should work.

If not then try :
In/Outgoing : mail.morenathuso.x10Hosting.com
e-mail will be the one you created in your cPanel : XXXX@ morenathuso.x10Hosting.com

Also, make sure you make your domain an addon domain in cPamel.
