So i have free hosting with x10

And i bought a domain (.com) at GoDaddy about an hour ago (22.00 GMT)

Within my Godaddy account i set the Nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com & ns2.x10hosting.com

Then within GoDaddy i set it to domain forwarding with masking to my website's link on x10hosting.

Example my site on x10: http://mypage.x10hosting.com/blahfolder/blahfolder1/home.html

i've waited and every time i try to go to my .com domain it try's to load for about 1 minute and then pops up that it can't find the server (the usual message when you enter a wrong address that pops up)

Am i doing something wrong?

I also tried changing my x10hosting domain to my new .com domain (removing the x10 subdomain) and when i did that i was not even able to access my files because i didn't know what the address would be when the .com didn't work

http://www.randompostcode.com/

if you do a whois check all my details are in there which makes me believe the domain should be up and running

Loads fine here; my guess is it's because DNS can take 24-72 hours to propagate depending on the ISP in question, so while OpenDNS (the DNS servers I use) already has the new site dns info, your ISP might not yet.

Did you try flushing your DNS?

Run cmd.exe and type in:

ipconfig /flushdns
