Help with file manager

I installed wordpress on my cpanel and I've finished writing up my blog in wordpress and I've read that I need to extract the wp folder in file manager but I'm not sure how to do this and I need to archive the folder? this is the 1st time I've used a web host.


Edit: The extract button doesn't let me extract the wp folder or any other folder when I click on select all in file manager as the extract button stays dark.

Do I need to compress the folders instead? this is my address:

If you installed allready WP, you can go in file manager and there you have all option.

When I select all it doesn't let me extract.
