Help with Free Hosting

My account under username: cody1405

has not been registered for the free account I originally signed up for. I recieved an error upon registering on this site, but my account was registered as a forum user, but no hosting was set up.

Could someone set the account up manually?

I just require the free basic Hosting account with PHP support and a few SQL databases.
