Help with FTP access...

Hello all!

I have been able to set up my account, get into cpanel, and use my ftp client for a while now. It has been working great!!

A few days ago I was not able to get access using FTP. I checked my settings and still not able to go. It says Response: 530 Login authentication failed, but I am sure that the password and username are correct as it was working perfectly before. I still can do everything via cpanel, just not going through my ftp client.

Any help please?

I looked around on Google for that error and the search lead me to a thread on this forum (lol)

Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately however that thread is over 6 years old and is no longer helpful.

Anyone else have a possible solution?
