Hi ive just signed up with x10 but i cant find my FTP upload information anywere little help please??

hi just tryed to log in to the serve but all i got is
Status: Resolving address of ftp.jamiesrebllion.pcriot.com
Status: Connection attempt failed with "EAI_NONAME - Neither nodename nor servname provided, or not known".
please please help!

And please can i have help to change my domain name i cant find were to change it !!!!!!!!!!!!
