Help with install

Can anyone help me figure out why this page is blank
http://www.10dollar.x10hosting.com/tendolla/install/install.php

It involves ioncube i'm sure it does but i don't know what to do.

i looked in the log file and although i don't know what i'm supposed to do with it i did see one thing that i'm curios about and that is this.

Can anyone explain?

dl() loads a php extension as the script is running and therefore is not allowed.

Can you please paste line 3 of /home/.../public_html/te../.../install.php

that's also part of the problem i can't open the files i don't know how to use the ioncube loader to open them. any help would be appreciated.
