Help with mail records

Hello community
I want to use Zoho mail to have more freedom and space in emails. But when I do the MX record, they don't propagate. I am using my own domain, it is only being redirected to the hosting, I did not transfer the domain. I am using the free version.

If you are using your own domain you should be able to adjust the DNS as you need if you are using our nameservers, What records are you seeing not working?

are the zoho mail mx records. And try to use the roundcube email and the emails don't come out, but you do receive them.


mx.zoho.com
mx2.zoho.com
mx3.zoho.com

mx.zoho.com
mx2.zoho.com
mx3.zoho.com
You will not be able to use roundcube if your email is not being hosted with us. You will have to use the zoho solutions.

To get back to using Roundcube mail, what are the receive and send logs you can provide for setup?

I apologize for the delay as this reply did not hit my inbox. You will need to use our nameservers and DNS MX records pointing to us accordingly.
