Help with MX Entries

I recently emailed my domain registrar that's managing my domain name as to why I'm unable to send/receive email. They told me its because I changed the name server to the X10hosting name server. So they gave me the MX entry settings to use but they gave me 4 entries and in the cPanel MX Entry section I'm only able to add one. How can I add all four of them. I would like to continue to be able to manage/access my email through AOL's mail portal. The MX entries are:

Priority Value Host-Name TTL (Value)
15 mailin-01.mx.aol.com 1 week
15 mailin-02.mx.aol.com 1 week
15 mailin-03.mx.aol.com 1 week
15 mailin-04.mx.aol.com 1 week

I have added the other MX records.

Thanks TechAsh. I just logged in and saw the MX entries and saw after the first host-name the Priority numbers were 25, 35 and 45. Would the numbers not being what my registrar provided affect the way mail is sent/delivered?
