Help with my account x10.
Before anything else, here are my account details:
bradlance.elementfx.com
email: lancegamboa@gmail.com
FORUMS Username: ballerz
FORUMS Password: [removed]
Cpanel Username: brad
Cpanel Password: [removed]
The situation is, I can log-in to the forums (forums.x10hosting.com) , but not into my Cpanel or account (http://x10hosting.com/account) page which uses the forum login details. I have double checked my type inputs correctly.
Help me guys, thanks!
I know its not terminated because I can still see my ZenCart template on the page.
