Help with my account

i have been inactivitive recently -.-
i think my provided URL is total deleted : http://raphaelchow .x10hosting.com
I can log on to the forum but i cant logon to my CP...
i wonder if i could have my hosting fix ??

Deleted accounts can't be restored (I think). But, you can create a new one.

i try open a new URL, same as my old deleted one: http://raphaelchow .x10hosting.com
but when it comes to the email and password form,
it would not let me through because the forum 's registered email had already been used by myself ...

I wish I could check but I don't have the require number of rep to check but, I will try to help you the best. Did you try unlinking your account? If it still doesn't work you could wait or else use a different email.

i havent tried unlinking my acc,
how to unlink my account with my email?
i did try to find out how to delete my forum acc so that i could start eveything from zero again , but no luck

Hi delperol,

We are able to easily resolve this problem. I will escalate this thread up as a ticket to an account manager so your email address can be freed up for a new hosting account sign-up.

We only permit one forum account per person.
