Dear Friend at x10hosting,

I am having problem to access my website http://bebepig.x10hosting.com/. It said my hosting account is suspended. When I checked the suspend reason, it said the account is not suspended. Also, I have bought Inactivity Timer(1 Year), so my website shouldn't be suspended for a year. I logined to check the status, DNS is offline. Btw, my account is cricksan.

Could you please help me to look into this problem?
