Help with optimizing

Can someone give me advice, I created a page on x.10, but I do not know how it's possible that after entering the keyword appears in Google my site? Please write to martin@zibrin.x10.mx

Google, and all other search engines, operates on a crawling based system, meaning your site will only be entered to the search index once the Google 'bot' has found your page and decided whether the content contained on it is not spam etc. This process can take a variable amount of time and is certainly not instant.
