i can change settings for its forum

it says 500 internal server error !

Perhaps, you might wrong config.

I don't know much about PHP but I had a similiar problem with ASP and although I don't remeber what fixed it I do know it was an IIS and/or ODBC issue. Hope that points you in the right direction.
