help with premium account security

i have called the number listed ... no answer. i have waited on chat forever ... no answer. i WAS thinking about becomming a premium member now i am not so sure. customer service is a key issue with me. all i wanted to know is if i become a premium user will i be provided with security measures so other people dont take my information or insert scripts into my pages. as of right now i have a free account open and there are no security measures. i cannot seem to find any information on this subject in the forum or on the website .... thank you

If you're using software that has exploits on it, there's not much x10hosting can do to help with that. On premium there is an automated backup system that could be used to get your code back to a page that isn't hacked.

What kind of protection were you looking for though, and I'll see what I can find out regarding it?
