Help with restoring account

I cannot access my website.
My domain http://www.michaelriccardi.com/ says the server cannot be found.
I was previously on Fris, so I tried logging into the cPanels for Chopin, Boru, Starka, and Stoli without any success.
The x10hosting account panel says that I am suspended as of June 11 because "User transferred to another server." (which was when my account was moved from Lotus to Fris) Is this "suspension" stopping my account from being restored?

Thanks in advance for any help in the restoration of my account. (My cPanel name is mariomik)

Hello,

I have restored your account from our backups, can you please confirm with us that all your files are intact and everything is working before we close this thread?

If you have any issues please let us know. Also you will still show suspended in the account panel until we sync our back end.

Thank you so much for restoring my account. I was able to visit my site, and log into cPanel and FTP. The backup restored was good, only one or two files weren't fully up to date, but I will be able to fix that quickly.

Once again thank you for fixing everything and you may close this thread.
