Help with Sending E-mail

Hi,
Ive just started my site with x10 and was trying to get an e-mail account set up. I can receive e-mails fine with outlook express but when I try to send it tells me:
The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'ethan@ke7dux.com', Server: 'mail.ke7dux.com', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 10060, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

is it a problem on my end or the server's? :dunno:

I also can't use webmail at all

In one of the earlier post it was stated that the mail funtion was going to be offline for awhile. I don't know if it still is but that may be the problem.

If you want to send mails with PHP, you have to be in Intermediate PHP Configuration. If you're in Basic PHP Configuration, apply for upgrade from Account Management Panel.
