Help with softaculous

I need help with softaculous! For some reason, whenever I try to add anything (click on any apps) it says:

The following error occured:

The INFO.XML file could not be found! Please report this to the server administrator.

So, I'm not quite sure what to do
Help anyone?

I have different issue i get feedback error 404 when i tried to view on frontendside opencart. but in admin it works perfect.. i dont know why is this 404 shows up.
