Help with suspended account

I Had my hosting account suspended over a week ago and and I submitted a appeal for it but had no success getting the suspension lifted. I need help with what I should do now and need help with finding out if I will ever get my account unsuspended

If your appeal was denied, then suspension would be left in place as permanent and couldn't be lifted.
