Help with the web server

when i log in it comes up with this message

Did you receive a welcome email when you signed up?

Things To Do :-
1. Click the link in you welcome email.
2. Access your cpanel at your domainname:2082 without a / after your domain name.
3. Create HTML or Web files with any WYSIWYG editor like frontpage.
4. Upload them to the www or public_html folder.
5. You may also use the ftp and webdisk system.
6. try accesing your domain from any of the web browser.
7. you are up and running!

does it have your passwords and stuff

also i cant login to the cpanel

I see the account has been created. Is this still an issue?

Try logging into cPanel using this url. http://74.86.116.188:2082

cPanel user name dragon00
Password: whatever pass you have chosen.
