help with website builder

hi,

I am using the correct FTP login details to enter the website builter (site reptile). but i get error message invalid username password.

site name: sbinsurance.x10hosting.com
ftp username: doobooch@sbinsurance.x10hosting.com

please help

I've also faced that problem, and at last i've stoped trying to use it.

so, i won't be able to build my site using it?? I have used it previously and dont know of any other sitebuilder available in cpanel of x10hosting..
