how i can access to my domian ftp account only have this:

double-click on public_html and you can upload files in that directory..

Log into cpanel, and click on mysql databases

ok, and where find sql host

The mysql host would be "localhost" You can manage your databases through phpMyAdmin, accessible in cPanel.
