You have to add files to the docroot for your subdomain. When you create the domain, it will ask you to choose a folder where the files will be stored. That is where you need to put the pages for your subdomain. The Apache "Success" page will disappear after that.
Subdomains do not automatically correlate with folder names. You have to set up subdomains in the cPanel.
hmmm i want to make a support.lowofwar.co.cc and when i go to that link it think there no folder in it and coming up with the Cpanel thing

You might also want to clear your browser's cache after that to ensure that you are view the lastest copy.
