add the server writes the error "unable to query server"
Edit:
That usually means that host eaither disabled the required socket-function(s) in PHP or blocked any outgoing connections to the port of your gameserver!
How do I fix it?

on free accounts, most ports except the traditional internet-related ports are blocked. Your solution would be to run the stats.pl ifle from your home computer and have a script to upload it regularly to your hosting account here or buy a premium/VPS package.
