Okay, so I was changing the URL of the my wordpress blog and I finally was deleting the files, however I accidently deleted the wp-content files and now the homepage is all messed up.
Will someone tell me all the files needed to make it work.
Thanks-

No,

Download Wordpress and extract it on your PC and just upload wp-content DIR. Also plugins and theme which you had before...

3) after upload check this file and click on Extract.

Hello,

Change the permissions on /wp-content/cache/ and /wp-content/uploads/ to 777 and then try uploading.

How does one do that?
Edit:
One thing that could be a problem is that there seems to be multiple wp-content folders.
So whatever you can help with would be great.
Thanks-

It's not there now, but yesterday it showed up twice on two different computers.
But I still can't upload any pictures.
And I still don't know how to change the permissions.
Thanks-

Go to File Manager in cpanel...

then open wp-content DIR
then check upload DIR
and click File permission.
