2013 - Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 113
still dose not work????

What should i do?

Look in /home/antt/public_html/include/conf.php
around line 49
Make sure anything that loolks like $DBHOST is set to "localhost" , not 'mysql-starka.x10hosting.com'

If that does not work, post the contents of that file, but remove (***** out ) any passwords, etc.
