okay, i have just created a new forum and site account i have built a test site to upload no idea wha to do from here i see talk about somthing called cPanel? what is that? help please a complete step by step tutorial

First, take a look at this:

Next go to your account panel
https://x10hosting.com/control/
Sign In. You will be directed to another page.
Upper left area of page look for Free Hosting -- View Details
Click View Details
You should now be at Hosting Account Management page.
About half way down the page click the button that says Login to cPanel.
Click that button and cPanel will open up.
You will probably want to take a look at Legacy File Manger.

If you have a lot of files to upload you may want to consider using FTP.
