Help!

Hello,
I have recently decided to switch to WordPress' hosting, however I forgot to backup my posts on this hosting.
Is there any way I can get those back without switching from WordPress back to x10 then back to WordPress?
If there is can someone please help me.

I don't think that wecan just switch it back but you are responsible for yOur own backups. If you have the databas still the most likely you can put it in
