Username/Password for Account Panel (http://x10hosting.com/control) is the same as forums.
Username for cPanel can be found in the Account Panel. You can reset your password from the Account Panel as well (Hosting > Change Password).
Your password for cPanel is probably the same as forums/Account Panel but your username is different.
