I'm trying to set up a preview site for a business I work for, and I don't know what to type into the blanks when I click New Site.

Can you be a bit more specific about what steps you are taking and where in the CP you might be when trying to setup your site?

I don't know what to fill in there.
My domain is manseametal.x10.mx but I dont know how to upload my site there.

Folder on server: /home/yourcpanelusername/public_html
FTP login: your cPanel username
FTP password: your cPanel password
