i have created my site and created this account but i now do ot know what to do

all i have is a screen asking for my cpanel username (whatever that is) to link

i have tried polls but to no sucess

please help

When you signed up, you created 2 accounts, 1 was the forum account, which was this, the other was the site account, you would have had a mail about the site account too.

If you signed up for a hosting package, you would of created a Cpanel name, which also would of shown in the confirmation e-mail you got, that shows your URL and login details for Cpanel.

1. Did you get a welcome e-mail that shows your Cpanel name, website URL and login details? ( If not, your account isn't created yet - and you must wait )

2. If So, please post your website URL, your Cpanel name and if you signed up for Ad-Free or Ad-Enhanced?

Your account is most likely in queue to be created still. The account creations are off until we finish up some maintenance. I'm really hoping to have them back on by tomorrow.
