To request assistance with suspended accounts, please do the following :
1. Visit your site and type in your Cpanel name. This will give you the suspension reason.
2. Click on x10 link above ( Next to UserCP )
3. Click on Request Unsuspension
4. Fill out form
5 Wait for staff to respond.
