i went to access the account page bit and i got this:


"An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue"

could someone please help me with this thanks

also i cannot access my cpanel when i try it comes up with a blank page

yes i accessed it yesterday but was never able to connect to the control panel or the domain
