I just got my account unsuspended, and now I can't see anything on my page. It won't load, gives me a navigation error. The ftp doesn't seem to work either, and someone else who can see the site said they see this error:

What happened, I was told everything was fine after cracked software was removed, and my databases would stay intact, but now they're gone? I'd ask in the irc support again, but no one is there.
