Sorry for the late response.
The domain change didn't took effect, and your account was working with your previous subdomain: dkirin.pcriot.com. I've changed it for the requested domain: kirin.pcriot.com. Please check if it's working correctly.

actually i checked it to dkirin when kirin din worked. but thanks alot about the help.
