Helping Registering a domain

I am trying to make a domain but I have no idea what I am doing. I just want to get my domain: mfhome.us.to but unfortunately after tons of tries I don't know what I am doing. Help please?

Btw I did see a tutorial for godaddy but for afraid.org everything is different can someone help me?

You need to set the nameservers on the domain to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com

Please forgive for being a noob at this but can you explain step by step on how to do this?

Your going to need to login where ever you go the domain at and set it to NS and then ns1.x10hosting.com

You may need to let it update, it could take up to 72 hours... You can either change your main domain or add it as an addon domain in cPanel.

Okay so how does it detect to what site it would lead if I only gave it a NS? You can see what I mean by being a total noob now>.<

Once you register the domain you need to login to your control panel and add it to either the parked domains or the add-on domains. Once added to your account it should work.
