clicking the link ( https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php ) in the suspention message should give you info on why it was suspended and if it's just inactivity you can unsuspend yourself at this same spot

I see the problem. His site, the one linked to his account, is http://quachlong.x10hosting.com/, not the vbb one. I'll see what else I can dig up

Edit: vbb.x10hosting.com is linked to the vbulletin name longdemo and was suspended permanently for nulled scripts not particularly long ago. That said, YOUR account is A-okay. Just not longdemo's.
