Heh if you've got a powerful machine, you're wasting it's space by playing CSS. Throw some Crysis Wars at it

What are the other specs besides the i7?

meh, i7 i don't care about. i've got a quad core intel w/ a 9800gt and 4gb ddr2 ram (although windows only detects 2.5gb), and it runs at high fps for me (max (125 fps limit) on cod4) and even higher on other games. i haven't played crisis so i can't comment.

it does better in some cases than other's same with the Q6600, so what. And it's Quad core, you're still wrong about that. it just has different configurations from the Q6600.

But still is Quad Core, that's there my point is...READ and you will see it's quad core. and that is what you initially stated and which I was pointing out. Do your homework boy, I never said whats better than what, and for FYI the Q6600 is pretty much on par with the i7... I never said anything about that. so boy, go do some re-reading about the i7, and think about what you said about it not using a Quad Core.

When did I say i7 wasn't quad core? I said [most] games does not utilize quad core... which is true...
Different configuration from Q6600? if you mean a new architecture then yea it's a "different configuration"

If you have any clue about gaming computers, you would go for the best dual cpu and insanely overclock it since 99% of games don't utilize 4 cores!

Exactly. Quad Core is only good with software that supports Multitreading, ie. Photoshop CS, encoding videos and what not.

Not a really good one, i need to upgrade, but dont have much funds but might get a tablet pc tho... anyways i dont game much on computer. I play games on consoles.

WE all know that your pc is good, but not good for gaming. It might be good for the future but there is still a lot of bugs for 4 core gaming. Take a look at GTA IV. There is so many bugs and it barely runs on very good computers!

that's because not everyone is using 64 B OS to fully ultilize the Core. Yes, Vista have bugs, but this is 2009 when Windows 7 comes out. The successor of Vista.

and this i7 Core is OC able.

64 bit os doesnt magically improve optimization of more cores... It can only use more ram while 32bit can only use 3.2gb of ram...

ok, well i got both the i7 Core and the Q6600 Core.

Just the Q6600 is rigged with an older graphics card the Nvidia 7800 GTX
